Store Policies
Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped the same business day from our warehouse in Inwood (NY) or at the latest within 24 to 48 hours of payment receipt excluding weekends and holidays.
Note: Even though during check-out, the shipping charges are based upon delivery by FedEx/UPS, we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier, either DHL, FedEx or UPS, whichever is deemed to be providing faster delivery to your address. Once your order is shipped, we shall send you a tracking# the same day.
Payment Policy:
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) via PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to use your credit card. Follow our step-by-step secure checkout to complete your purchase.
- Orders paid with PayPal's e-Check option shall only be shipped once the e-Check has cleared your account.
Returns Policy:
- We back all our products with an unconditional 14 day money-back guarantee from the date of shipping your order.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, without any damage or alteration.
- Shipping & handling and insurance charges are not refunded, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item.
- Buyer pays for return shipping if the item is being returned for a reason other than a wrong item was sent by us.
- Before returning a product, please email us at returns@overstockmadness.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code. In your email, please provide us the original Invoice# of your order, Order Confirmation#, your name, telephone# and email address.
- 20% re-stocking fee applies on all returns except in cases where we shipped the wrong part.
